For Civil Construction professionals, the degree must have been obtained in 2015. The professional must have at least 4 years of verifiable specific experience in the position. Advanced computational skills will also be valued. **Availability to work 4x3 shifts in Valparaíso.** ***Responsibilities:*** * Provide cross-functional support to various management processes. * Process and interpret information from key processes. * Field presence for parameter validation and technical control. * Upload supporting documentation and reports to the designated platform. * Lead and prepare Performance Dialogues. * Support updating procedures, instructions, and standards. * Review work programs and monitor milestone compliance. * Identify non-conforming works and follow up on action plans. * Review and monitor overall contract status (physical and financial progress). * Analyze contractual cost structures (fixed, variable, depreciation, etc.). * Monitor compliance with allocated resources (budget, FTE, etc.). * Follow up on compliance with environmental, safety, and legal regulations.
