Job Summary: We are seeking a Steward/Busser for a hotel in Las Condes, responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, utensils, and equipment, as well as waste management. Key Responsibilities: 1. General cleaning and sanitization of the kitchen and utensils. 2. Handling and organizing tableware, glassware, and cleaning equipment. 3. Removal and transportation of garbage, as well as cleaning of garbage rooms. A hotel located in the commune of Las Condes is currently seeking a Steward/Busser to join its large team. What will be your main responsibilities? * General kitchen cleaning * Washing and sanitizing utensils and equipment used in food preparation and service, such as plates, cutlery, pots, glasses, stoves, steam kettles, worktables, etc. * Cleaning and sanitizing floors, doors, windows, furniture, ceilings, and walls in various kitchen sections, where applicable. * Stocking and maintaining cleanliness of banquet buffet stations. * Lifting, transporting, and storing various materials, including cleaning supplies, food items, carts, and others. * Organizing and reporting tableware and glassware to different service centers. * Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the condition of the pass-through window (plaque). * Responsible for cleaning equipment assigned to you. * Organizing empty beverage, beer, and wine containers. * Removing and transporting garbage from various departments to the garbage room or compactor. * Cleaning garbage rooms. Working Hours and Schedule: * Day shift rotation: 6 days on, 1 day off (morning and afternoon shifts) * Night shift rotation: 5 days on, 2 days off * Must fulfill 42 working hours per week Benefits: * Meals provided on-site (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner) * Close to Tobalaba metro station * Transportation taxis available if your schedule extends beyond regular hours (before 6 AM or after 11 PM) * Uniform provided by the hotel, including laundry service for the uniform.
