Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst or Accountant to ensure accuracy in recording our financial transactions and compliance with tax regulations in the B2B automotive sector. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for timely and orderly recording of accounting transactions. 2. Tax management, including Form 29 and ledger closings. 3. Detailed account analysis and bank reconciliations. ### **Sector: Automotive Parts and Supplies (B2B)** We are looking for an **Accounting Analyst or Accountant** with experience to join our team and ensure accuracy in recording our financial transactions, supporting the steady growth of our wholesale and B2B operations. ### **Job Mission** Responsible for the **timely and orderly recording of accounting transactions**, ensuring accuracy of financial information, tax compliance, and proper documentation of transactions with corporate suppliers and customers. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Operational Control:** Daily recording of accounting transactions and entry of purchase invoices for supplies and parts. * **Tax Management:** Reconciliation and closing of purchase and sales ledgers, accounting for their centralization, and management of **Form 29**. * **Banking and Account Control:** Execution of bank reconciliations and detailed account analysis. * **Audit and Archiving:** Provision of key information for audit processes and maintenance of an organized physical and digital archive with corresponding supporting documents. * Administrative tasks inherent to the position. ### **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant, or Accounting Analyst. * **Experience:** At least **3 years** performing similar functions (ideally in industrial, distribution, or B2B companies). * **Technical Competencies:** * Advanced proficiency in **ERP** systems. * Basic level of **Excel**
