Today, we are committed to fostering a workplace where innovation, collaboration, and professional growth are everyday realities—driving our country’s development. **What You’ll Do in This Role:** The IT Systems Processes Engineer will manage requirements related to IT Continuity Management and IT Problem Management processes—both aligned with the ITIL framework and tailored to the organization’s strategy, needs, and structure—acting as a liaison between business units and specialist areas. **Your Key Challenges Will Include:** 1. Identifying and determining root causes of potential problems 2. Establishing timelines for actions executed during incidents 3. Opening/reopening problem records or discarding potential problems 4. Updating the knowledge repository associated with IT Problems and IT Continuity 5. Managing and defining action plans for definitive and/or mitigating solutions 6. Generating reports on significant incidents 7. Conducting working meetings to resolve action plans 8. Performing periodic follow-ups on raised action plans **To Succeed in This Position, You Need:** * University degree in Business Engineering or Operational Engineering (in any specialization) * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles * Knowledge of banking operational and commercial processes * ITIL Intermediate Certification (desirable) * Agile methodology and other management frameworks * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI) * Technical English **Our Offer:** * You will begin with a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with the possibility of extension to an indefinite contract subject to performance evaluation upon completion of the term. * Your work schedule will be 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday—consistent with our commitment to promoting the well-being of all team members.
