Critically and comprehensively analyze regulatory and normative initiatives in Chile and Peru. Responsible for timely, accurate, and high-quality submission of periodic reports required by regulatory agencies: Subtel (STI), INE, Central Bank, CNTV, etc. Additionally, must review the context and studies conducted by international agencies, generating valuable insights to support Chile’s and Peru’s regulatory strategy. The ideal candidate is an autonomous and proactive professional with strong adaptability to evolving requirements and capable of translating organizational strategy into analytical outputs and recommendations. Key responsibilities include: * Preparing periodic reports for various external regulators. * Monitoring and tracking regulatory initiatives in Chile and Peru. * Monitoring and tracking international information and studies. * Supporting the management of authority requests. * Benchmarking various industry topics related to regulatory and competition authority actions. * Quarterly updates on the progress of regulatory initiatives. * Supporting other departments through information generation and regulatory implementation. What do we expect from you? * Education: Industrial Civil Engineer or Commercial Engineer. * Minimum one year of relevant experience in similar regulatory roles. * Skills (specific requirements): Excel – Intermediate level (data handling and charting); Microsoft Access – desirable but not mandatory. * English – Intermediate or Advanced.
