At Tottus, we are looking for a Real Estate Development Manager! What is the mission of this role? * Development of new Tottus supermarkets. Responsibilities: * Identifying new opportunities for supermarket development. * Conducting community-level analysis to identify strategic locations. * Negotiating with developers, real estate agents, and other relevant stakeholders. * Managing and maintaining relationships with existing landlords. * Supporting the commercialization of retail spaces and commercial premises. * Supporting the development of new retail space and commercial premise opportunities. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field * Experience in a real estate development-related role * Advanced Excel proficiency * Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) proficiency * Proven experience negotiating with multiple stakeholders to achieve commercial agreements * Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities and leading complex negotiations with high initiative * Personal transportation and willingness to travel as required by the role * Desirable: Experience reviewing and analyzing contracts, with knowledge of legal terms This position is open to persons with disabilities. **Compensation** ---------------- 2553533**Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
