Today, we are committed to fostering a work environment where innovation, collaboration, and professional growth are daily realities that drive our country’s development. **What will you do in this role?:** The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for carrying out tasks associated with the procurement and contract-signing process, continuously advising user departments, proposing improvements or raising alerts—all aimed at meeting customer needs on time, with appropriate quality and cost, while complying with the Bank’s regulations and management objectives. **Your key challenges will include:** * Planning and executing procurement processes in accordance with the Bank’s procedures and regulations, analyzing technical requirements and agreeing upon procurement timelines to meet departmental objectives and client-area requests on schedule. * Supporting the supplier awarding process by evaluating scenarios, managing the process, and overseeing contract execution and signing—ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the entire procurement cycle. * Advising the Bank on centralized and decentralized procurement matters to ensure adherence to the Bank’s procurement policy and procurement manual. * Advising user departments on technical requirements, ensuring all necessary background information is available for the procurement process. * Conducting market research by analyzing procurement process data and proposing alternatives. * Performing administrative tasks related to the procurement process, maintaining proper documentation for each required procedure. **To succeed in this position, you need:** * University-level professional education (4–5-year degree programs): Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or Civil Construction Engineering. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. **Our Offer:** * You will begin with a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal to an indefinite-term contract, subject to performance evaluation upon completion of the term. * Your working schedule will be 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday—consistent with our commitment to promoting the well-being of all members of our team.
