At Falabella Retail, we are looking for a Project Analyst! What is the role’s mission? Ensure resolution of high-volume customer requirements while supporting process automation. Responsibilities: * Monitor high-volume customer requests, ensuring efficient execution of the process. * Coordinate with relevant departments to implement actions that deliver timely and appropriate solutions to customer requirements. * Collaborate with other departments on improvement projects for claim-resolution workflows. * Develop automated processes to effectively manage customer needs (and make this information visible). * Improve processes associated with existing automation developments and identify opportunities for enhancement/optimization. * Analyze and manipulate data using databases (DBMS).
