What is the mission of this position? * Support the Ecommerce Product Manager in developing and executing the commercial strategy for their category, contributing to achieving sales, margin, and digital channel growth targets. Responsibilities * Evaluate and manage category commercial performance using key KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, margin, A2C), with a focus on maximizing digital channel sales. * Conduct category performance diagnostics and define adjustments to improve sales, margin, and shopping experience. * Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify priority products, considering demand, trends, profitability, and availability. * Ensure proper commercial execution of campaigns, overseeing product, pricing, navigation, stock, and conversion across the ecommerce channel. * Enhance ecommerce user experience and usability by collaborating with onsite/UX/marketing teams to optimize navigation, product pages, and conversion. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field. * 0–2 years of experience in similar roles.
