Develops analytical assets to identify audiences with higher propensity toward the product. **Job Description** ---------------------- Generates and drives campaigns and actions in the ContactCenter channel through data analysis, cross-departmental collaboration, and performance tracking. 1\. Analyze data and interpret results to support strategic decision-making. 2\. Propose, develop, and measure initiatives that generate value for the channel. 3\. Proactively participate in cross-departmental meetings for initiative development and execution. 4\. Develop, implement, and continuously improve lead orchestration data processes, ensuring maximization of incremental value. 5\. Generate analytical assets to identify audiences with higher propensity and affinity toward the product/channel. 6\.
