Responsibilities Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities in processes and customer journeys. Structure and analyze qualitative data, including conversational analytics. Prioritize initiatives with a focus on impact across key business KPIs. Design, build, and maintain dashboards on Looker Platform and Looker Studio. Requirements Critical thinking and the ability to empathize with customers. Intermediate SQL knowledge. Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Looker Platform, or similar. Clear and persuasive communication to convey findings and insights. Collaborative work style and orientation toward continuous improvement. Experience and Education Professional degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
