This role combines data analysis, project management (in collaboration with the Product team), and collaborative work with various departments and countries across the Falabella Group. **Key Responsibilities Include:** Identify improvement opportunities and bring them to Falabella Group brands. Implement operational efficiency and standardization initiatives. Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure proper adoption of new practices or processes. Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making. Drive innovation and digitalization projects within operations. Promote a continuous improvement culture through Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies. Maintain clear, fluid, and constructive communication with departments across Falabella Group brands in Latin America, ensuring alignment of expectations, process harmonization, and corporate regional collaboration. **Requirements:** Professional degree in Industrial or Commercial Civil Engineering.
