At Mallplaza, we are seeking a Construction Projects Manager. What is the role’s mission? We seek a professional with strong teamwork skills, responsibility, and rigor. Responsibilities: * Responsible for reviewing specialty projects for commercial spaces and/or modules across various sectors, ensuring compliance with operational standards defined in the Specialty Design Criteria Manual and other criteria related to safety and risk prevention, among others. * Contributes, through management and coordination capabilities across different company areas—including mall teams—to meeting the activation deadlines established by the company. * Submits requests for additional installations timely and accurately, according to project requirements. * Conducts periodic site visits for work follow-up, identifying gaps and verifying correct execution in accordance with approved projects. * Reviews completed works for acceptance, examining as-built drawings, certifications, and field installations against the approved project. Requirements: * Graduate in Civil Construction, Electrical Engineering, Construction Technician, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions.
