Job Summary:
Compliance Analyst responsible for strengthening adherence to banking policies and regulations by identifying risks and evaluating processes for continuous improvement.

The bank is seeking a Compliance Analyst to work at its office in Santiago.
Conditions
* Net salary: $ 1\.840\.000
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:30, and Friday, 9:00–16:00 (Hybrid schedule 3x2\)
* Work location: Hybrid arrangement across both offices located at Moneda (University of Chile) and Rosario Norte (Manquehue metro station).
* Position Objective: Analyze, monitor, and strengthen compliance with policies, procedures, controls, and applicable regulations governing the Bank through timely risk identification, process evaluation, commitment tracking, and implementation of continuous improvements. Additionally, contribute to the accurate interpretation of regulatory and corporate requirements, generating organizational value through autonomous, analytical, and control-oriented management.
* Responsibilities:
* Analyze and evaluate policies, procedures, regulations, processes, and internal controls, identifying risks, gaps, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
* Manage the lifecycle of the internal regulatory framework, coordinating the development, review, updating, formalization, publication, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and other regulatory documents, ensuring their validity, consistency, and alignment with applicable regulations and corporate guidelines.
* Prepare reports, minutes, executive summaries, performance indicators, and control documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and traceability of information to support decision-making.
* Coordinate with various organizational units to gather background information, resolve observations, and track commitments, action plans, and cross-functional initiatives.
* Lead and promote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, control effectiveness, risk management, and simplification of the internal regulatory framework.
* Other duties inherent to the position.
* Contract type: Temporary Services Agreement.
* Requirements:
* Degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Information and Management Control Engineering, Auditing, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in roles identical or similar to the one applied for.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Experience using Outlook and Teams.
* Knowledge of risk management, internal control, and regulatory compliance.
* Ability to draft reports and control documentation.
