### **Profile Description** We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in **managing technology projects focused on Information Security and Cybersecurity**, specializing in **Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution implementation** and proficient in **OKTA**. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead strategic IT security projects, from planning through to production deployment. * Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery. * Implement and administer IAM solutions, including OKTA. * Prepare executive reports, manage risks, and support decision-making. * Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and senior management. ### **Requirements** * **Proven experience** leading IT security projects (minimum 5 years). * Advanced knowledge of **IAM and OKTA**. * Experience in portfolio management, portfolio optimization, and PMO methodologies. * Skills in risk management, compliance, and security culture. * Ability to coordinate and lead technical teams. ### **Desired Competencies** * End-to-end project management. * Network security (FW, NAC, IPS, 2FA). * Administration of security platforms and policies. * Effective communication and results orientation.
