Participate in innovation projects Job Description Zaiq Industrial Technologies is seeking a **Senior Industrial Engineering Manager – Process Excellence** to lead operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. The individual will be responsible for optimizing processes, analyzing performance indicators, and coordinating teams to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. * Analyze and optimize production and operational processes. * Identify opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs. * Design metrics, standards, and monitoring methodologies. * Coordinate engineering, production, quality, and operations teams. * Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation projects. * Analyze data to detect deviations and improvement opportunities. * Lead projects to reduce cycle times, yield loss, and waste. * Standardize processes and document best practices. * Evaluate new technologies and automation solutions. * Prepare executive reports on progress, savings, and results. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement across teams. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. * Solid experience in industrial engineering, operational excellence, or continuous improvement. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and projects. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, or similar methodologies. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Familiarity with ERP systems, production systems, and management tools. * Ability to analyze processes, costs, productivity, and KPIs. * Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented profile. * Knowledge of occupational safety and labor regulations applicable in Chile. * Intermediate or advanced English is desirable.
