Contribute directly to the accuracy of the Finance function Accounting Analyst About the Role We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical **Accounting Analyst** to join our Finance \& Accounting team in Chile. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, performing account reconciliations, supporting monthly closing activities, and preparing financial reports. Key Responsibilities * Analyze and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts. * Record and review accounting transactions accurately and on time. * Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. * Prepare financial and management reports. * Review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. * Perform bank and account reconciliations. * Support tax and regulatory reporting requirements. * Assist with internal and external audits. * Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. * Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records. * Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other departments. * Ensure compliance with Chilean accounting and tax requirements. Requirements * Degree or technical qualification in **Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field**. * 2\+ years of experience in accounting or finance. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Softland, or similar is an advantage. * Knowledge of Chilean accounting and tax processes. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively. * English proficiency is an advantage. Compensation \& Benefits **Monthly Salary: CLP $1,300,000\-$1,800,000 gross**, depending on experience, technical skills, and English/ERP proficiency.
