Since our inception, we have aimed to distinguish ourselves through professional service delivery and the excellent quality of our products. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** JOB OBJECTIVE: Plan, develop, supervise, and control installation, expansion, or maintenance projects for fire detection and protection systems, ensuring compliance with technical regulations, quality standards, agreed timelines, and cost commitments with clients and the company. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and supervise assigned engineering projects. ? Control and manage project implementation according to procedures established by the Engineering Management. ? Monitor the performance of organizational staff or contractors during project or service implementation. ? Interact daily with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and represent them on-site. ? Conduct overall quality control of work (budgeting, scheduling, plans, staff performance) and regularly report on project status. ? Assign responsibilities and guide the project team. ? Collaborate and communicate effectively with all departments involved in the project (procurement, billing, human resources, subcontracting, risk prevention, etc.). ? Review engineering deliverables and initiate necessary corrective actions. REQUIREMENTS: ? Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. ? Comply with internal organizational regulations, procedures, and instructions. ? Minimum 3 years’ experience implementing fire protection system projects. ? Knowledge of NFPA, NCh, and international standards on fire detection and suppression. ? Fire detection, alarm, and control systems (conventional and addressable). ? Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). ? Ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic drawings. ? Project management and cost control skills. ? Valid Class B driver’s license.
