**Toanto Group Business \& Technology Services Chile SpA** is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented ***Customer Service Representative*** to join our team in Los Ángeles. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide frontline assistance to customers via telephone, email, chat, and authorized digital channels. You will respond to inquiries, resolve routine service issues, maintain accurate customer records, follow up on requests, and coordinate complex cases with the appropriate internal teams. You will work closely with customer service, commercial operations, technical support, administration, and digital services teams to deliver efficient and positive customer experiences. This position is ideal for entry-level candidates and those with limited work experience who are interested in customer service, BPO, contact centers, business services, technical support, or customer care operations.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and authorized digital channels.
Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer assistance.
Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
Provide accurate information about the company’s authorized services and processes.
Resolve routine customer inquiries during the initial interaction whenever possible.
Create and update customer service cases.
Maintain accurate customer contact and account information.
Record customer interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
Monitor open cases and perform appropriate follow-up.
Assist customers with routine questions regarding their accounts and services.
Provide basic assistance with approved digital and online platforms.
Support routine account information updates.
Coordinate customer requests with technical support and operations teams.
Escalate complex technical, billing, contractual, or service-related issues.
Handle routine customer complaints professionally and respectfully.
Follow established procedures for complaints and escalation.
Monitor shared email, chat, and customer service queues.
Maintain clear and accurate case notes.
Assist with customer onboarding and service administration as needed.
Support routine order or service request processing.
Assist with customer documentation.
Maintain Excel spreadsheets and service records.
Prepare basic customer service reports.
Work toward achieving established response time and service quality goals.
Support customer satisfaction and feedback activities.
Follow customer verification, privacy, and information security procedures.
Participate in customer service training and quality reviews.
Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate them to supervisors.
Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and service efficiency.
Requirements:
Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in customer service, contact centers, BPO, retail, hospitality, sales, administration, or customer support is valued but not mandatory.
Approximately 0–1 year of relevant experience is required.
Recent graduates and individuals with no prior customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
