Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment. 2. Installation and repair of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems. 3. Collaboration with external suppliers for specialized repairs. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for an important educational institution located in the northern sector of Santiago. The purpose of this position is to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for educational activities. Responsibilities: * Perform preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment to avoid failures and ensure proper operation. * Carry out immediate repairs and technical solutions for infrastructure and equipment. * Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement. * Install and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems. * Collaborate with external suppliers for specialized repairs when necessary. * Comply with safety and risk prevention standards for each task. * Support setup and dismantling of equipment for events and special activities. * Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance tools and materials. Requirements: * Technical degree in Maintenance, Electrical Technician, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance roles. * Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.
