Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Field Technical Assistant to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. Willingness to learn and support the technical team At RVX Ingeniería, an HVAC company, we are looking for a Field Technical Assistant to join our team. Main Responsibilities: \- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC equipment \- Support the transportation and preparation of necessary tools, materials, and equipment \- Maintain cleanliness and order at the worksite, vehicle, tools, and warehouse \- Prepare work areas before service begins \- Maintain order and cleanliness after completing tasks \- Collaborate in identifying and reporting equipment failures or anomalies \- Assist in inventory control and recordkeeping of spare parts and materials \- Interact with customers and suppliers during technical visits We seek a person with strong communication skills, respectfulness, and responsibility, who is willing to learn and support the technical team. Requirements: \- Completed secondary education; technical or industrial orientation preferred \- Proactive, responsible, and capable of teamwork \- Prior work experience in the field is desirable but not mandatory \- Class B driver's license (desirable but not mandatory) \- Availability to perform services outside Santiago \- Immediate availability We Offer: \- Market-competitive salary \- Fixed-term contract with potential conversion to indefinite-term after 3 months \- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:00 hrs., and Friday, 08:30–17:30 hrs.
