At ANWO, we are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. This person will be responsible for supporting the operations of our digital sales channels, ensuring proper management of e-commerce and marketplace platforms, thereby contributing to an efficient shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Support the operational management of e-commerce and marketplace platforms. Manage and update product listings, pricing, images, and inventory. Track orders, customer inquiries, and requests originating from digital channels. Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure continuity of sales processes. Support administrative and commercial tasks related to the e-commerce channel. Maintain up-to-date product information across all platforms. Assist in monitoring performance indicators and reports related to channel operations. Ensure an excellent shopping and customer service experience across all digital channels. Location Santiago, Chile Work Mode: On-site 42-hour weekly work schedule Monday and Tuesday: 08:30–18:30 hrs. Wednesday and Thursday: 08:30–17:30 hrs. Friday: 08:30–16:15 hrs.
