Job Description We are looking for a **Data Engineering Lead** to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with modern architectures, technical team management, and agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities * **Data architecture design**: Define scalable solutions in cloud and on\-premise environments. * **Team management**: Lead and train data engineers on strategic projects. * **System integration**: Coordinate integration of heterogeneous data sources. * **Pipeline optimization**: Implement efficient and automated ETL/ELT processes. * **Data governance**: Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance. * **Technological innovation**: Introduce new tools and methodologies for data engineering. * **Executive reporting**: Prepare performance reports and forecasts for management. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. * 6–8 years of experience in data engineering, including at least 3 years in leadership roles. * Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Knowledge of Big Data, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses. * Experience with tools such as Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and Terraform. * Leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. * Intermediate\-advanced English.
