Job Description We are seeking an **Internal Communications Coordinator** to design, implement, and manage internal communication strategies within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate communications, strategic writing, and internal project management. Key Responsibilities * **Strategic planning**: Design internal communication plans aligned with company objectives. * **Channel management**: Administer newsletters, intranet, corporate emails, and other internal media. * **Content writing**: Draft announcements, bulletins, and key messages for employees. * **Internal events**: Coordinate activities that strengthen organizational culture. * **Impact analysis**: Measure strategy effectiveness and propose improvements. * **Collaboration**: Work with HR and management to ensure message consistency. * **Innovation**: Introduce new digital tools to enhance internal communication. Requirements * University degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications. * Excellent writing and editing skills. * Familiarity with digital communication tools (intranet, collaborative platforms). * Leadership and project management capabilities. * Prior experience in service or communications companies is a plus.
