Job Description We are seeking an **Architectural Assistant** to support the design, documentation, and coordination of architectural projects. The selected candidate will work alongside our team of architects to draft plans, perform 3D modeling, and manage technical information. Key Responsibilities * **Plan drafting**: Assist in creating and editing architectural drawings. * **3D modeling**: Develop digital representations of projects. * **Technical documentation**: Prepare reports, specifications, and technical data sheets. * **Coordination support**: Collaborate in coordinating with engineers and other professionals. * **Regulatory review**: Verify compliance with Chilean urban and construction regulations. * **Presentations**: Prepare graphic materials for clients and authorities. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Architecture or a related field. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software. * Knowledge of Chilean urban and construction regulations. * Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Prior experience in architecture or real estate firms is a plus.
