You’ll have access to resources and dedicated time to master new Front\-End frameworks, accessibility standards, and UI engineering practices. **Key Responsibilities:** **UI/UX Design and Prototyping:** Create clean wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma that address real user friction points. **Front\-End Architecture:** Convert design files into production-ready, modular HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript/React components—with meticulous attention to detail. **Design System Maintenance:** Build, document, and expand our cross-platform UI component library to ensure visual and functional consistency across all client projects. **Performance and Accessibility:** Optimize web applications for maximum load speed, SEO performance, cross-browser compatibility, and WCAG accessibility standards. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work side-by-side with backend engineers and product teams to integrate RESTful APIs and deliver seamless end-to-end functionality. **What We’re Looking For:** **Experience:** 3+ years of professional experience as a Front\-End Developer, UI/UX Engineer, or Web Software Engineer. **Portfolio / Code Samples:** A strong portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing responsive web applications, clear design processes, and clean, modern Front\-End code. **Tech Stack Proficiency:** Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6\+), React.js (or equivalent modern frameworks), HTML5, CSS3, and utility-first frameworks such as Tailwind CSS. **Design Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, component structuring, and UI prototyping. **Mindset:** You deeply care about pixel-perfect execution, clean code architecture, and user satisfaction—while balancing time-to-market speed with iterative delivery.
