We are seeking: * Position: Preschool Assistant * Schedule: Estimated schedule\*: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday, 10:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m.; Friday, 11:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m. * Schedules subject to confirmation * Kindergarten: Los Chilcos * City: Puerto Aysén * Region: Aysén * Duration: Fixed-term contract from January 2, 2026, to February 20, 2026 **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To support the implementation of the 'Vacations at My Kindergarten' program collaboratively with the Early Childhood Educator, delivering diverse experiences and activities that foster children’s personal and social development, promote communication skills, and encourage active, sustained engagement with their natural and cultural environment—throughout all daily kindergarten routines: arrival, activities, and departure. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collaborate with the Director and Early Childhood Educator to plan various recreational experiences and/or activities for the program, aligned with the interests and needs of the group of children. * Design, prepare, and organize all necessary materials for working with children in the kindergarten, including technical bulletin boards, daily wall displays, and informational panels specific to the institution. * Maintain a daily log of noteworthy observations regarding the children under your care. * Promptly and appropriately attend to children’s needs, consistently ensuring their care and protection. * Support the upkeep and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions within the facility, reporting any issues promptly to ensure safe environments conducive to the holistic well-being of all children, staff, and the broader educational community. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical Secondary-Level Diploma in Early Childhood Education Assistance, issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. * Preferred: Technical Higher-Education Diploma in Early Childhood Education Assistance, issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. * Preferred: One (1) year of experience in a similar position. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE IN:** * Socioemotional Development * Diversity and Inclusion * Pedagogical Tools * Socioemotional Tools * Special Educational Needs * Educational Programs * Preferred: Basic First Aid **IMPORTANT:** You must fully complete your application, answer all questions in the job posting, and upload all requested documents.
