Promote continuous improvement and technical development **Objectives:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facilities within the forestry company, ensuring operational continuity, safety, and efficient use of resources. **Main Responsibilities:** Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities. Lead, supervise, and coordinate the maintenance team. Ensure machinery availability and reliability to meet production schedules. Manage resources, spare parts, tools, and services required for the department. Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations and Production departments. Monitor maintenance costs and performance indicators. Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. Promote continuous improvement of maintenance processes and technical development of personnel. **Accountabilities:** Maintain operational continuity of equipment. Lead the work team safely and efficiently. Optimize maintenance resources and costs. Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures.
