The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that service delivery meets our corporate facilities’ high quality standards, delivery timelines, and defined safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and coordinate field technician crews, ensuring compliance with daily work planning. Quality Control (Image): Supervise the technical execution of painting services (application, finishes, markings) and deep cleaning of structures. Supplies Management: Monitor efficient use of cleaning products, paints, thinners, and materials, ensuring order and optimal resource utilization. Work at Height: Directly supervise height-related tasks, ensuring strict adherence to all safety protocols and correct use of aerial work platforms. Reporting: Provide daily reports to the Operations Management on progress status, field-identified issues, and material requirements. Customer Service: Maintain professional and smooth communication with store or facility managers. Requirements and Competencies: Experience: Minimum 3 years supervising field teams, specifically in painting, industrial cleaning, or commercial premises (Retail/Offices) maintenance. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in painting application techniques, chemical cleaning product dosage, and safety regulations for work at height. Leadership: Ability to resolve on-site problems, make decisions under pressure, and manage conflicts. Mobility: Willingness to work on-site with travel between various locations or cities. Driver's License: Valid Class B license (mandatory).
