Join us as our next **Company Prevention Expert** at the **Head Office**, and together let’s make Chile the country that best protects workers and their families. **What are the objectives of the role?** Contribute to the prevention of workplace accidents and occupational diseases in assigned companies by carrying out client-agreed activities and adding value through high-quality, effective, and timely technical advisory services. **What will be your main challenges?** * Conduct regular activities with executives, company prevention units, and supervisors to apply preventive tools for identifying hazards and risks within the company. * Carry out activities aligned with the agreed Work Plan with the company, providing recommendations and action plans, verifying and monitoring the implementation of issued recommendations, and tracking safety performance indicators such as workplace accidents to reduce accident and incident rates and enhance the company’s preventive capacity. * Respond to internal and external requests related to companies’ prevention needs to maintain a fluid and trust-based relationship with clients. * Identify training needs in prevention topics and deliver tailored training sessions to companies, ensuring relevant and customized training services according to each company’s requirements. * Inform and advise clients on implementing current regulations, as well as keep them updated on changes in legal standards through ACHS legal alerts, ensuring clients are informed about new national regulatory updates. * Focus on the client’s accident and incident trends to strategically allocate ACHS resources toward preventive activities within the project, coordinating with the nationwide ACHS Experts Network to monitor planned activities according to client requirements based on the Work Plan. **What requirements must you meet?** * Professional degree as a Bachelor's Engineer in Risk Prevention or Civil Constructor (with an additional postgraduate degree in Risk Prevention) * At least 3 years of professional experience **We invite you to join this challenge!** *At ACHS, we are committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
