This will be carried out within the framework of the institution's Educational Project (PEI), regulations, policies, and national and institutional guidelines, aiming to ensure high-quality Early Childhood Education focused on full development, a rights-based approach, and the overall well-being of children. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Guide and promote within their teams the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the facility, promptly reporting any issues to help create safe spaces for the holistic well-being of all children and the educational community. * Coordinate with classroom team(s) to promote, manage, and monitor access, enrollment, attendance, retention, and progress of children, implementing timely and early intervention strategies when necessary. * Lead and implement planning and evaluation of teaching and learning processes for children together with classroom team(s), aiming to support their full development and overall well-being. * Communicate and raise necessary alerts to the director or substitute regarding any indicators of potential rights violations or risk situations affecting children, to promptly activate relevant protocols and ensure their well-being. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional degree as Preschool Educator issued by a Normal School, University, or Professional Institute of Higher Education, recognized by the Ministry of Education. * Desirable: One (1) year of experience in a similar role.
