Your objective will be to design, lead and supervise continuous improvement initiatives in operational and administrative processes, ensuring optimal use of allocated resources. Implement optimization strategies that increase efficiency, productivity and quality, while maintaining established safety standards. Main responsibilities include: * Design and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize operational processes, reducing waste and improving productivity. * Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, quality, costs and efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. * Lead continuous improvement projects, guaranteeing the implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions. * Train and coach staff in continuous improvement tools, techniques and methodologies, promoting a culture of learning and excellence. * Conduct periodic audits and evaluations of production processes, measuring the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and adjusting strategies as necessary. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in implemented processes, safeguarding business sustainability and team well-being.
