Focus on safety, food safety, and environmental protection Camanchaca S.A. is seeking two Shift Controllers to join its Industrial Fleet Cerco, located in the commune of Coronel. **Job Mission** Support and coordinate all activities related to the Industrial and Artisanal Fleet, ensuring compliance with the company’s established safety, food safety, and environmental regulations. **Main Responsibilities Include:** Coordinating shifts to meet fleet requirements. Verifying necessary supplies for embarkation (provisions, fuel, water, documentation required by Directemar, among others). Coordinating transportation for staff or scheduled visitors. Interpersonal skills and clear communication. **Shift Types and Schedules** Rotating day and night shifts, Monday through Sunday (maximum two Sundays worked per month): 08:00 to 16:00 hrs. 16:00 to 00:00 hrs. 00:00 to 08:00 hrs. **Requirements** **Education:** Higher Technical Degree in Administration, Executive Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in this role.
