Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor with experience in the industrial sector to supervise and control the execution of operations, optimize resources, and uphold Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality standards. An industrial services company with industry experience is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a contract position located at Codelco Ventanas. The candidate's mission will be to supervise and control the execution of operations in accordance with the Client’s established planning, optimize available human and material resources, and ensure compliance with the Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Quality standards defined by the Client and the Company. Main Responsibilities: Identify and plan operational activities, prioritizing based on criticality and assigning resources and personnel. Supervise and control planned operations, safeguarding service quality. Report and alert on equipment status to support operational continuity. Conduct shift start-up meetings, delivering guidelines, updates, HSE topics, and work distribution. Monitor service production, updating progress and reporting information to the direct supervisor and the client. Manage administrative records associated with the shift, personnel, overtime, fuel, and retraining as applicable. Supervise compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards during daily activities. Conditions: Work is performed under a contract located at Codelco Ventanas. Transportation is included. Meals are included. No camp accommodation. Requirements: Higher Technical or Medium-Level Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of safety, risk prevention, operational equipment control, labor legislation, emergency management, and environmental standards. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience leading work teams. Health compatible with the position.
