Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate active contracts. Supervise compliance with contractual terms. Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures. Coordinate with various departments to resolve conflicts. · Requirements: Proven experience in managing cafeteria or collective catering service contracts. Degrees in Nutrition, Hotel Management, or related fields. Advanced knowledge of legislation and contractual regulations. Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
