Daily Requirements ? Address internal requests and demands according to area-specific guidelines and procedures. This includes both pre-scheduled maintenance and corrective tasks requested via shift telephone. ? Conduct daily rounds in assigned section, monitoring critical variables and planning interventions as needed. ? Address daily requests submitted by each department through supervisors, as well as previously scheduled tasks, ensuring the work site is left in optimal condition. ? Provide preventive maintenance support for gastronomic equipment, as well as corrective maintenance. ?
