Promotes labor reactivation for unemployed individuals. **Join our team!** At Maclean Group, we are currently looking for **Training Assistants (IS Machine Operation Assistant)** to work at an important plant located in **Llay Llay**. ### **Contract Type** * Contract for **medical leave replacement**. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Daily supply of necessary operational materials, such as **swabs, mold release agent, and** * **molding spare parts**. * Replace the Operator during their lunch break, absences, or as required by supervision. * Assist in machine mold changes, ensuring compliance with established procedures. * Support product changeovers and machinery preparation for the initiation of new production processes. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper availability of tools and supplies in the work area. * Comply with company safety regulations and internal procedures. ### **Requirements (Mandatory)** * Technical degree at Secondary or Higher Education level in **Industrial Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or** * **Automation and Control**. * Minimum **2 years of relevant industrial experience**. * Knowledge of **Mechanics**. * Responsible, proactive individual with a team-oriented mindset. * Prior experience in operational roles, logistical support, or similar positions is desirable. * Submission of the last 12 pension contributions. * Valid documentation to verify work experience. * Availability to join a medical leave replacement contract. ### **We Offer** * Meal allowance * Parking * Opportunity to gain experience in a pleasant work environment. ### **Compensation** * **CLP $850,000 monthly net salary.** **Availability to work in Llay Llay.** ### **We Want to Help You Return to the Workforce!** At **Maclean Group**, we promote labor reactivation.
