All of this within the framework of the institution's Educational Project (PEI), regulations, policies, and national and institutional guidelines, aiming to ensure high-quality Early Childhood Education focused on full development, a rights-based approach, and the overall well-being of children. MAIN FUNCTIONS 1\. Guide and promote within their teams the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the facility, reporting promptly on conditions in order to foster safe spaces for the comprehensive well-being of all children and the educational community. 2\. Coordinate together with classroom team(s) the promotion, management, and monitoring of access, enrollment, attendance, retention, and progress of children, managing early and timely intervention strategies when required. 3\. Lead and implement the planning and evaluation of the teaching and learning process for children together with the classroom team(s), aiming to achieve their full development and overall well-being. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1\. Minimum institutional seniority of 18 months. 2\. Indefinite-term contract. No severe disciplinary warnings within the last 12 months from the start of the application process. 4\. Not having been promoted or transferred via Internal Mobility, Transfer, or Promotion within the last 12 months. 5\. Not having withdrawn from any Transfer, Promotion, or Internal Mobility process within the past year from the start of the application process. 6\. Not being disqualified from applying according to Article No. 12 of the Internal Regulations on Order, Hygiene, and Safety. 7\. Must be actively performing their duties at the time of application; selection is not possible if absent. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS 1\. Professional degree as an Early Childhood Educator issued by a Normal School, University, or Professional Institute of Higher Education, recognized by the Ministry of Education.
