Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the execution of electrical activities in a BESS project, verifying compliance with standards and coordinating teams. We specialize in engineering and risk prevention services and advisory, with notable participation in renewable energy projects. With nearly 20 years in the market, we operate internationally in Chile, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Peru, and other countries. Currently, we are seeking an **Electrical Supervisor** for the construction of a **BESS** project located in **Vallenar, Atacama**, with an approximate duration of **10 months**. **Job Mission:** * Supervise on-site the execution of electrical activities carried out by contractors and subcontractors of the project. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, construction procedures, and applicable engineering documentation for electrical installations. * Supervise the installation of medium- and low-voltage systems associated with the BESS project. * Supervise the installation and connection of BESS containers, inverters, transformers, electrical panels, auxiliary systems, and related equipment. * Verify proper execution of electrical conduits, cable trays, and laying of power, control, and communication cables. * Supervise the execution of electrical tests, inspection protocols, pre-commissioning activities, and support commissioning activities. * Coordinate with civil works, installation, quality, risk prevention, and commissioning teams to ensure correct execution of electrical activities. * Conduct daily physical progress tracking of the electrical work and report significant deviations. * Identify technical, quality, safety, or schedule deviations and propose timely corrective actions. * Supervise compliance with quality and safety standards established by the client and current regulations. * Participate in coordination, planning, progress tracking, and technical review meetings for the project. * Prepare progress reports, observations, incidents, and pending activities. * Verify proper execution and closure of electrical punch lists. * Ensure compliance with local and international regulations applicable to electrical installations in power generation and energy storage projects. * Immediately report any situation that may pose a risk to personnel safety or health. * Properly use personal protective equipment and actively participate in trainings defined in the Annual Training Plan. * Actively contribute to continuous project improvement and assume responsibility for the quality of one's role. **What are we looking for in you to join this experience?** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years of experience supervising energy projects, ideally photovoltaic or BESS projects. * Residence in Vallenar or nearby areas is desirable (Monday–Friday schedule). * Intermediate level of English is desirable. * Valid driver’s license. * If residing outside the area, availability to remain in the region Monday–Friday for the project duration (42-hour weekly schedule, Monday–Friday; not shift-based).
