The purpose of this position is to supervise and assign tasks to personnel, ensuring operational compliance with contractual requirements, safeguarding the physical integrity of staff and client assets, and guaranteeing adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Main responsibilities: Lead and supervise the contract workforce in operational and support processes. Implement and ensure compliance with the daily work schedule, managing deviations and corrective actions. Conduct periodic field inspections, identifying improvement opportunities in safety, environment, and processes. Coordinate daily meetings to review results and client requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance and contract profitability. Ensure proper utilization and availability of process equipment (blower trucks, backhoes, pickups, etc.). Lead incident investigations and participate in internal audits. Manage supervision of assigned personnel (performance, absences, training). Requirements: Professional degree in Mining Engineering or Mining Operations. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision or leadership roles within mining or industrial operations. Knowledge of operational processes in the mining sector, safety and environmental standards. Proficiency in information systems (SAP, Windows, SGPC, Teams, among others). Basic knowledge of DS 594, Law on Work Accidents and Occupational Diseases, and labor legislation. Class B driver's license. Availability to work rotating shifts and under adverse conditions. Basic knowledge of current ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Residence in Vallenar or surrounding areas.
