Responsibilities: * Advise workers and site management on matters related to wages, hiring, labor law issues, etc. * Carry out all stages associated with hiring, maintenance, digitization, and termination of each worker’s personal and employment documentation within the company-defined system (employment contracts, addenda, and all documentation pertaining to the current employment relationship). * Monitor all processes related to advances, wages, payroll reprocessing, and final settlements for the workforce hired on site.
