Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, ensuring optimal operation and providing technical support to business units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment. 2. Manufacture and repair leaching columns and metal structures. 3. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, ensuring optimal operation, contributing to operational continuity, and providing technical support to various business units. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform corrective maintenance on industrial equipment across various sites, ensuring operational readiness and minimizing downtime. * Carry out preventive maintenance on major and minor equipment according to the established schedule. * Manufacture and repair leaching columns for hydrometallurgical processes. * Construct and repair metal structures, complying with safety and quality standards. * Record each intervention via technical reports in the maintenance management system (FRACTTAL), ensuring activity traceability. * Diagnose failures and propose technical solutions to improve maintenance efficiency. * Coordinate with internal clients to gather requirements and respond promptly to operational needs. * Provide technical recommendations aimed at optimizing equipment usage and performance. * Ensure equipment reliability, maintainability, and availability within the area. **Requirements** * Technical or Engineering qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or similar roles. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance and mechanical systems. * Physical fitness compatible with site-based work. * Willingness to work in Vallenar/Huasco. * Willingness to travel as required by the position.
