At PARTNERH we are looking for a **SENIOR MINE PLANNER**, who will be responsible for the company's mining plan. **Main Function:** Develop, control and update short, medium and long-term mining extraction plans, ensuring compliance with production targets, operational continuity and efficient use of mine resources in accordance with the company's strategic guidelines. **Specific Functions:** · Develop daily, weekly, monthly and annual production plans, coordinating with geology, operations and maintenance. · Update mining planning models considering new grades, designs and geotechnical conditions. · Evaluate operational alternatives that optimize performance and reduce operating costs. · Monitor plan compliance and propose corrective actions in case of deviations. · Integrate planning with drilling, blasting, loading and hauling programs. · Prepare technical reports, production forecasts and reports for decision-making. · Support simulations and analysis of production scenarios, evaluating operational risks. · Ensure the quality and consistency of information used in mining plans. · Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes through technological tools and industry best practices. **Academic Background:** Civil Mining Engineering. Postgraduate degree in Mine Planning desirable. **Years of Experience:** Minimum 5 years in open-pit mine planning (regardless of mineral type). **Technical Knowledge and Other Requirements:** * Advanced English * Microsoft Office, mine planning software (Deswik, MineSight, Vulcan, Datamine, Surpac, or equivalent) * Class B driver's license * Proven experience in mine planning. * Operational KPI management. * Residence in Atacama Region. * Health compatible with field work * Experience in production scenario simulation. * Knowledge of optimization tools and project management.
