We are currently seeking **Project Managers at both Junior and Senior levels**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of industrial cybersecurity investment projects. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk matrices for OT projects. * Prioritize the OT cybersecurity project portfolio in coordination with the OT Cybersecurity Head and business/operations areas. * Prepare and present executive progress reports, dashboards, and control reports to the Cybersecurity Sub-Management, Cybersecurity Committee, and OT Core Team. * Serve as the primary point of contact between cybersecurity, vendors, and business/operations stakeholders. * Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues across projects, escalating them and proposing solutions to ensure continuity. * Prepare and present progress reports, control dashboards, and portfolio KPIs to the Cybersecurity Sub-Management, Cybersecurity Committee, and OT Core Team. * Ensure OT projects are executed in alignment with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and Purdue Model frameworks, as well as internal policies and procedures. * Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, closure reports, and lessons learned. * Propose and standardize PMO templates, methodologies, and processes specifically tailored for OT/ICS projects. * Contribute to defining and monitoring the OT Cybersecurity Master Plan, aligning it with the corporate cybersecurity strategy. **Required Skills:** * Autonomy and self-management. * Accountability. * Clear and effective communication and presentation skills. * Time management. **Requirements:** * 3–5 years of professional experience in this role, managing technology projects or projects within industrial/OT or cybersecurity environments. * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. * Project management methodologies: PMP/PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches. * Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Power BI, or others). * Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
