Identify improvements and optimize operational processes. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Port Operations Manager** to lead and coordinate operational activities, ensuring efficient and safe management of cargo loading, unloading, storage, and dispatch operations. The role will be responsible for coordinating teams, resources, and suppliers while maintaining high standards of productivity and operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise loading, unloading, storage, and dispatch operations in coordination with customers and internal teams. * Lead and coordinate operational teams, assigning shifts, roles, and resources according to the requirements of each operation. * Monitor productivity indicators, operational timelines, resource utilization, and service compliance. * Coordinate with carriers, contractors, customers, and other departments to ensure efficient operational flow. * Supervise compliance with safety procedures, risk prevention measures, and operational protocols. * Identify deviations and improvement opportunities to reduce operational time, costs, and risks. * Prepare management reports and track results, incidents, and action plans. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration**, or a related field. * **Minimum 4 years of experience** in port operations, logistics, transportation, or industrial environments. * Experience leading operational teams and coordinating suppliers or contractors. * Knowledge of **cargo handling, storage, distribution, and logistics management**. * Proficiency in **Excel and operational or logistics management systems**. * Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and work under pressure. * Leadership, organizational skills, effective communication, and results orientation.
