Your main challenge will be to **provide continuous advisory management in Risk Prevention,** ensuring safe working conditions for all employees, in compliance with current legal regulations and specific requirements established by client companies. Your main responsibilities include: * **Advise** all personnel on matters related to Risk Prevention and proper risk assessment. * **Ensure** that the processes, functions, or activities carried out by the company comply with current legislation regulating such activities and are conducted within a safe working environment. * **Participate** in the development of Risk Matrices or risk analyses associated with tasks and activities at various work sites, ensuring their implementation. * **Ensure** that inductions and/or training sessions on risk prevention and control are conducted periodically, maintaining formal and documented records. * **Report promptly** to your direct supervisor any incident or undesirable situation occurring in your work area, verifying that corrective actions are taken and risks are controlled. * **Report and actively participate** in incident investigations together with supervisors and the company's Joint Safety Committee. * **Ensure** the use of appropriate safety equipment according to the nature of the work. * **Provide** the necessary safety documentation required by client companies. * **Prepare** statistical reports on accident rates. **Ideal Profile**: * Certified technician or graduate with official registration as a Risk Prevention Expert. * Knowledge in developing risk matrices. * Desirable completion of lead auditor or internal auditor course in ISO 9001:2015. * Minimum experience: 1 year in roles directly related to this position. * If you meet the requirements, apply now!
