We are seeking a Construction Engineer / Industrial Engineer to work at our headquarters located in Vitacura. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead comprehensive contract management across all areas. * Plan, coordinate, and forecast future contract requirements. * Build and maintain effective relationships with both the Client and internal teams under your supervision. * Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety standards, safeguarding people and assets of both the Client and the Company, as well as environmental protection. * Guarantee fulfillment of contractual commitments arising from service award agreements. * Review monthly performance results, identify variances, and jointly develop corrective solutions with Operations Managers. * Proactively identify contract-related issues, engage in their resolution, and respond promptly and efficiently to Client requests. * Correctly implement the Integrated Management System through proper maintenance control. **Requirements** * Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience in tenders for mining facility services. * Experience in infrastructure maintenance and construction projects.
