**We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant!** At **La Protectora de la Infancia**, we are seeking a **Recruitment and Selection Assistant** to join our Organizational Development and Well-being Department. **Who are we?** We are a foundation with over 130 years of history, dedicated to the development, well-being, and education of children in Chile. **Position Objective** To coordinate and execute recruitment and selection processes, supporting departmental management through information control, analysis, and reporting—aligned with institutional policies and planning. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Post job vacancies, screen resumes, and follow up with hiring managers. * Schedule psychological and occupational interviews and manage applicant documentation. * Verify legal and employment backgrounds. * Manage the Recruitment and Selection Department’s email inbox. * Prepare psychological and occupational evaluation certificates. * Maintain and update databases and management reports, generating indicators and tracking vacancy progress. **Requirements** * **Professional degree in Human Resources**. * **Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection**. * **Intermediate-level Excel proficiency** (databases, reporting, and indicators). * Strong organizational, follow-up, and collaborative teamwork skills. * Experience in social-sector organizations is desirable. **Work Schedule:** 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Location:** Puente Alto, “Protectora de la Infancia” metro station. **Inclusion:** This position is offered under Chile’s Labor Inclusion Law No. 21.015. ✨ **We invite you to apply and become part of an organization committed to people!**
