Job Objective
Plan, integrate, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of power generation units and auxiliary systems in Mejillones and Tocopilla, maximizing availability, reliability, and operational continuity under cost, schedule, quality, and safety criteria.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the master maintenance plan integrating preventive, predictive, scheduled corrective, overhaul, and planned shutdown activities.
* Manage the backlog by prioritizing work orders and service orders considering scope, man-hours, materials, spare parts, and execution constraints.
* Monitor plan and PGP execution, tracking progress, costs, and productivity, and proposing corrective actions.
* Participate in the development and control of Opex and Capex budgets, identifying deviations and reprioritization actions.
* Incorporate RCA activities, condition monitoring, and recommendations from the industrial insurer and OEM into the plan.
* Define performance indicators: program compliance, backlog, plan adherence, man-hours, and budget variances.
Job Requirements
* Civil Engineer (min. 4 years’ experience) or Executive Engineer (min. 5 years’ experience) specializing in maintenance planning.
* Experience in thermal power plants, combined-cycle plants, or asset-intensive industries.
* Advanced proficiency in SAP PM, MS Project, Power BI, and Excel.
* Knowledge of ISO 55001, ISO 50001, and HSE regulations.
* Intermediate English.
