Job Description Prepare and cook dishes, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to the brand’s established food safety guidelines. Maintain the kitchen in optimal physical condition, including equipment and supplies. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform all activities required for dish preparation and buffet setup. * Plate individual dishes, buffets, trays, etc., and distribute them to consumption areas. * Monitor buffet consumption and replenish food items as needed. * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations in accordance with local legislation and group guidelines. * Provide information and clarifications to guests regarding served dishes upon request. * Follow management directives on selective waste collection and water and energy consumption to meet environmental objectives. * Achieve departmental targets: Actively contribute to achieving departmental goals through efficient execution of assigned tasks, aligned with established strategic and operational guidelines. * Participate in mandatory and developmental training: Attend and complete company-required training sessions to maintain and strengthen competencies essential for the role. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational continuity: Provide support to other departments when required, ensuring process efficiency and uninterrupted organizational operations. Perform other related duties as required by the department/hotel Requirements Required Competencies: * Approach tasks with an open mindset. * Actively foster a strong team spirit.
